He means being able to close the lid on the hard case without undue pressure. What dimesions are you referring to when you say "height"? Are you talking about an airline carry-on/overhead bin sized situation? Whats going on the aboard besides the FM3? You need to be more clear.
What exact model?I use the pedal train. It fits tight but works perfect. I have the fm3 and pedal mounted to the board with velcro. Works great.
Pedal Train Classic Jr. With tour case. What exact model?
I also have a Pedaltrain (Classic 1) and it fits just fine, it's also a bit tight upon closing but nothing that concerns me (just compressing the foam a bit) the key is to mount it as far down toward the bottom of the board as possibleWhat exact model?
You can see in this photo where the foam has been compressed from living in the case, it doesn't even resist anymore when I close it but zero effect on the FM3.^^ Did you do anything like remove the feet or something? When I tried to put the fm3 in my Pedatrain classic hard case I couldn’t close the case so I bailed on it a bought something else. I would still like to do this however. Can you post a pic please? Thanks!
Ahh that is the tour case, I thought we were talking about the regular “brief case” style hard case which is what I have. Thanks. You can see in this photo where the foam has been compressed from living in the case, it doesn't even resist anymore when I close it but zero effect on the FM3.
I have the Quad 4.1 but I got it with the bag because budget. But ideally I want a hardcase that fits it. Either the flight or the ABS. Does the hardcase have any issue at all with the FM3 on the board? Is there a specific rockboard case that would be better?I got a Rockboard QUAD 4.1 C and it fits.
