Post Your Axe-Fx III Rigs Here!

Here's my setup.

  • Upper Axe-3 goes into that Mesa 20/20 and to the headrush wedges. FC6 hooked up to it.
  • Lower Axe-3 is in the loop of the Triaxis/2:90 and shares the 4x12 Recto cab with that 5150.
  • On top is an FM3 that's in the loop of the SLO.
It's all inside a converted closet in my office that's cabled up to my interface/DAW across the room. I have two young kids and this solution lets me put the doors back on when they're old enough to wonder what all those knobs in dad's office do. ;)
Amazing set up!

Good call with the doors. I thought I had been struck dead one day when I flipped on my SVT to find that one of my kids had dimed every control on the amp.

Got my Axe III back in October 2020 and posted my incomplete rig back then. After getting my Axe I ordered my patchbay parts... 4 months later they arrived lol. Aesthetically my installation isn't perfect, but functionally I'm happy with this being my 1st rack rig :)

For sound I mostly rely on the Matrix + Avatar 2x12 with 2x EVM12Ls. Whenever gigging comes back, no chance in hell this cab is moving :tearsofjoy: but I have a second Avatar 2x12 that is more compact and much lighter with Celestion Redbacks.

This something like not one, not two but (at least!) three dream rigs all in one!

Bought some used cases and refoamed them during the pandemic. This is the first one completed.

Using the space over the pedals to have a 34”x9”x7” storage area for wires, straps and other gig needs.

I was able to recycle most of the foam, as a result, I’m only into this one for $125 in total.

When I initially looked at the 1st pic, I thought you had a hidden trap door in your floor where you were storing stuff. Nice case.

Now there's a way of shaking a house to its foundations!

Nice Blue Les Paul. I almost bought one of those in 2018, but then opted for the Cherry. Still on the fence that I made the right decision.

What's the smaller Marshall you are plugged into on top of the JCM 2000?
The blue one is a 2019 Traditional in Blueberry Burst, a special run for GC. The figuring is pathetic on it but it sounds sooo good. Definitely my favorite guitar.
The little Marshall is a DSL 20HR.

Why are some of the LED's not lit on the TriAxis?
And do you use the available switching in the TriAxis/2:90?
