Bug Found with output mixer on 3.14.5

In 3.14.5 the OUTPUT Mixer section does not show whether the mixer is using a global blocks function and consequently the user cannot edit the global block options in axe edit.

Does the Output section even support Global Blocks? It's not a block after all... Don't have an Axe Fx II any more to confirm.
