Pitch Block question

Hello all,
I've been messing with the Pitch block. I'm using the classic Whammy and I'm trying to get a pitch shift up 1 octave without adding any weird harmonics to the tone. Basically just a straight up pitch shift of the note I'm playing. Trying to emulate what Trey Anastasio does in a few phish song like Gotta Jibboo. Any suggestions on which Pitch effect to use and what settings?

voice 2 level = 0
voice 1 shift = +12
Mix 100%

Set the pitch block to mono to get it to track a little cleaner too.

Make sure the pitch block is in front of the amp too.

Tried those settings and it is a chorus of sounds. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Either you don't have Mix at 100% or you're running parallel...

sounds like you have the Type set to Detune, and not Fixed Harmony.

It was set to fixed harmony. I’ll mess with it more tomorrow. I’ve put way too many hours into this thing the last three days!

i don't know what "chorus of sounds" means. if you set exactly what i mentioned, it will work.

Sounds like there a good chance that you didn’t set Voice 2 Level to zero.

Or you’ve set Mix below 100%.

Or you’re running the apitch block in parallel with your dry signal.

Post a screenshot of the pitch block you setup with my settings too so we can learn why it didn’t work.
