Support for 2nd Hand Ultra

I purchased an Ultra from Reverb and it's been a year. Now I'm having trouble with the value knob. Was experimenting with different reference tunings (A 432hz, etc ) and when i try to go back up to 440hz it gets to 436 then jumps back to 430! No matter how slow i handle it. My question is there a contact for me. The list contains only direct and dealer purchases. I'd like to be able to buy the parts and replace it myself since i have a few shows lined up and can't send it off

Use the word "encoder" in your searches to find more info, encouragement and opinions on this issue.

... and I suggest you read this page from top to bottom for possible fixes without replacement :

Know that everything above, and more, is available if you word your Forum search properly. Part of good practices for being an Axe-FX user is learning how this search engine works! Saves time and/or waiting for someone to help you out.

Good luck!

If you can solder and desolder on PCB boards, you can replace the encoder relatively easily (did mine years ago, took about 1/2 hour).
