0.9.191 fixes several bugs and simplifies the setup process, also adding a MIDI loopback tester to assist in troubleshooting. A new Quickstart Manual is also included. Please review this and also the README notes displayed at the end of installation.

IMPORTANT: MIDI SETTINGS and other preferences are completely removed/reset by the new installer. No user data files will be otherwise altered or removed, but you will need to re-select your MIDI Interface, preferences for Mouse, Display Offset, etc.

Axe-Edit is a BETA and that it is not officially supported by Fractal Audio at this time. Excellent user-to-user support can be obtained through this forum.

Thanks for your continued good suggestions, supportive feedback, and faith in this developing application. Axe-Edit 1.0 with Axe-Manage is now in private beta and is moving nicely along.

Updated power amp emulation. Uses some of the techniques from the Axe-Fx II. This produces tighter, more defined bass and also less flubiness when using high MV settings.

Axe-Edit - Editor for the Fractal Audio Axe-Fx

1.0.183 is a major release recommended for all Axe-Edit users. It is strongly recommended that you uninstall any current beta versions before installing the new 1.0 build.

This version includes Axe-Manage. Axe-Manage allows you to organize, archive, share, and otherwise work with Axe-Fx banks, presets, block settings, and cab files. The program uses a familiar finder/explorer layout and provides many usability improvements over "Preset Manager."

Axe-Change has been disabled in this version, but expected to return via a future release in short order.
