So I'm seeing this a lot with the latest firmware. A minute or 10 after I start the Axefx2 (mk2) and AxeEdit the MIDI response stops. AxeEdit times out and I can't edit anything other than from the front panel. During this AxeEdit is still receiving MIDI tempo messages and all audio is still flowing to / from the PC. I've reproduced this with both windows and mac, using different cables and different ports. Generally I'm running just AxeEdit and some audio playback software (iTunes, Transcribe or Logic Pro).
Firstly, is anyone else seeing this?
I can restart the axefx and everything returns to normal. For another 5-10 minutes... then it dies again.
I guess I could step back through all the versions of both Axefx2 firmware and AxeEdit till I find a pairing that still works but I'd like it to get fixed. If possible. Are bugs still being fixing in the Axefx2 mk2 firmware?
