Fractal Audio AMP models: Cameron CCV-100

there is something very interesting about this amp for sure. I jammed the other night with it and on many tunes it was amazing. Very clear but I need to fatten it up a bit. Just not sure if it's low end or mids.

Fractal Audio AMP models: Gibtone Scout (Gibson Scout)

I found this recently as well. I did it for a pure clean sound. It's different than a Fender but I'm digging it. I tried the 1x10's and they sound good but I liked a stock Recto cab, I think m165 version.

new release using Axefx2 from Dashboard Sunset

I've been wanting to post this for some time now. We finally completed most of our website (still in progress). We will be releasing more songs soon. All tracks are recorded with the Axefx2 using a Gibson DC standard and secondary guitar I used my 1996 Lonestar Strat with a Bare Knuckle...

I'm not seeing this after updating my firmware. If I create a new preset, I clear out the preset and add in say the JTM45 amp. I for one do not see Speaker Compression or Spkr Comp in any block or setting. I do see speaker drive but it is always 0. Is something off in my setup? I have a Mk2...

I would agree but they seem the same level just clear highs compared to less clear XLR. It maybe the cable as well. I will test at practice with my main setup. thanks for reply

    Balanced or unbalanced?

I've noticed a difference in sound. One sounds like there is blanket over it (XLR) and the other 1/4 is more airy. Has anyone noticed this? I haven't tested this on my RCF's but I plan to. Testing on my QSC practice monitor I have noticed a difference. At first I thought it was a change in the...

second song from my band using the Axefx2

thanks... The intro was taken from a preset. I will look up the name but I recall it was dirty tape echo. I changed the amp to a Dumble Amp. I use my 1996 Fender Lonestar with a Nail bomb pickup in the bridge position. There is a little dirt on it with the volume swells. My main guitar...

Before the Axefx I was thinking about having a rig where I had a 4x12 and head for distorted sounds and then all my clean through a 2x12 open back Fender or 3x10 Fender. Surge Protector/ Power Conditioners

I had to go with a regulator because the power was pretty poor in the rehearsal studio but I also benefit from it for live. Can't trust many of these stages for reliable power. If I didn't have that issue I would go for the pretty decent Furman which I still own.
