Disconnecting the Fan in Ultra

alter I amazed that anyone would mess with a $2000-$3000 piece of gear like this. I think it is prudent to just follow the manufacture's guidelines and not jury rig an expensive piece of gear. Why tempt fate or destroy resale value?

There is a video on this site that I saw yesterday and now I can't find it. Two guys showing their Axe FX, amp set ups, etc. They also show several unusual guitars. All shown in a small room full of gear. Video is about 10 minutes. The main guy is in his twenties with short cropped hair...

What's your opinion on these interfaces?

I had the TC unit. It really sounds muddy when tracks build up. Traded it for a Duet. Night and day. Save for the Duet; it's a MUCH superior product with MUCH better sound quality. The difference is NOT subtle.

spitting The lead singer spits and they cut to a close up so as to glorify the moment? I'm surprised anyone thinks this is good. I wonder what shots they cut out?

How do you hook up the Ultra to a Video Camera Recorder ??

Simply take the audio out of the Axe and connect it to the RCA inputs of the camera. Be sure to lower the Axe's output so as to not overload the camera. The low-end camera will break up easily, so be sure the gain is low coming from the Axe.

I'm just buying an Axe FX Ultra this week! Very happy! But which pedals out of the list suggested by Fractal do you guys like the best? Ernie Ball Jr Boss FV-500L Volume / Expression pedal Rocktron Hex Pedal (Will work but some users have not had satisfactory results) Moog EP-2...
