    I just installed and checked this (using head phones) on just one preset so far with a CAE3+ Clean amp. I had MD 0.28 in the cab block. Zeroing this made the sound different and I decided I liked it with some MD int the Cab block - at this preset at least.

    Try this; take one of your favorite presets insert another amp block (amp2). Reset it, choose the same amp model as amp1, manually edit it beginning with the basics to be set up like amp1. Switch between them. Does it still sound bad?

    parlopower : I wasn't commenting your presets - I haven't tried them yet. But to my ears there is definitely something happening to the sound when having the default gate on. That might be a preferred sound to many but not to me. I don't mean it's the same but it changes the sound like it does...

    To me the attack part of the note/tone feels more natural without the noise gate active. Since I for the most part use clean -> somewhat distorted sounds I haven't felt the need for gating the tone, so when I remember I shut it off. Well I forget at times since that is something I never have...

    Very nice feel! Even if I didn't saw your name I could have sweared that you were norwegian. Funny the only thing that comes to my mind when Landau is mentioned is a certain sound from the 80/90s. I never thougth about him as doing musical lines or what his own music might sound like.

    Axe FX II mark 1 FW Q 1.0 When I try to load from blocks library in the delay with a state of Y the loaded block jumps to X-state. If I try to load it in X-state it compromises the Y-state. Using AE 3.3.1

    The clean sound without the drive engaged is very beautiful. The Rat dist was to much with my guitar. Sounded better when using T808OD: drive 0.08, high cut above 2800, mix something like 67%.

    It's - i think - something with the guitar as a "controler" for keyboard sounds that still makes it sound stiff or strange. The attack, or how the strings vibrate I don't. Just don't sound as good I want it to.
