Bug? FM3 Crackling/buzzing in loop

Thanks for the reply! - USB makes no difference (it was connected in that vid). Crackle persists without it. - I'm not using humbuster cables. The cables are good though, and if I swap in an Axe-Fx or my kemper the crackle goes away, it's just with the FM3.

Here's my setup. Upper Axe-3 goes into that Mesa 20/20 and to the headrush wedges. FC6 hooked up to it. Lower Axe-3 is in the loop of the Triaxis/2:90 and shares the 4x12 Recto cab with that 5150. On top is an FM3 that's in the loop of the SLO. It's all inside a converted closet in my office...

I would so love the ability to write my own scripts to AE for mass edits. My house's electrical is noisy as hell, and since there's no global gate in the axe, being able to mass update every preset with a quick script that sends the settings to all of them would be ace.

Triggering patch change on rocktron bypasses axe. Why?

Been a while since I used a Midimate (and I actually have one coming in the mail for my second Axe, heh), but check to make sure that the Rocktron isn't sending the global bypass CC as part of the SET(x) function along with whatever CC you are expecting from it. Check this thread...

Preferred Reamping Method?

I found that (for whatever reason) using an Axe-Fx DI (created with an FXL block at the front of a preset) to reamp with the Axe-Fx was fine, but using it to reamp with a "real" amp didn't work well at all - I'd have to boost the shit out of it coming out of my DAW, and it would end up sounding...

FXL block (low) output levels for DI

Quick question with a probably-obvious answer. When I record, I shove an FXL block in the preset I'm tracking with, leave it default, and use that for a DI (via Output 2). In the past I've had no problem sending that dry signal (via my DAW) back into the Axe for reamping. I'm fiddling...

Recto sound, tweaking!

I've had good results de-flubbing the Recto model by treating it like a Mark. Try this - just use an amp and a cab block, and plunk away on your lowest string. Lower the bass control on the amp model until the flub goes away. Then add a PEQ block, and add your bass back in there, around 80hz...

Low Volume from Right Output 1 Issue - Any Help!?

Yep. I use both the unbalanced and balanced outs on Output 1 in my setup. I had the XLRs going to my interface, and the 1/4" to a mixer that runs my FRFR setup. Looking at the hardware interface levels and the levels in my DAW, one side was definitely louder by a decent amount, even with the Axe...

I have the same issue, actually. I run my XLRs into an interface (MOTU 828mkii) and the levels are definitely peaking about 2-3db lower on one side constantly. Swapped cables, loaded up a blank patch, had the Axe on bypass - same result. It's definitely quieter on one side.

I'm on a mac, so PDFs are native, but on my Windows boxes at work I use Bullzip: FREE PDF Printer

Guitar wall hangers - Neck damage?

I have 8 guitars on wall hangers in the room with me right now, and have been using them for ages. Never had a problem.
