How about a badcat lynx 50 (custom brown/white ostrich cover) w/ matching badcat 4x12 (including a sweet ata flight case)? It's got a very mean modded marshal sound that's got that bit of matchless harmonic vibe to it. And the clean channel is a real surprise - very chimey and 3d sounding. I love it, but am not gigging out much anymore, and it's way too much amp for me right now.

Also have a THD flexi 50 w/ matching THD 2x12.

I have a new axe2 & need some nice FRFR amplification. I'd also like to score some IEM's or maybe a nice wireless system.

I remember how bad I wanted one back in the day. I finally got to play one many year's later. Please don't model it.

I sold my last 1972 Marshall 1987, (had four of them including a '71 smallbox) to buy the Axe II. It was tough to do. It was unbelievably 99.9% original, (yes including the filter caps) and was pick of the litter in excellent condition. At least I know where it went.

They've got a great little amp coming out soon: Little Lenny.

When Guthrie did a clinic for Van der Haar two years agoin The Netherlands, he played a Hook amp and was very pleasantly surprised.

Cliff, if you want to loan a Hook, I can try to arrange this.
Dang! Guthrie was here? Tell me next time!

I played through a Kasha Rockmod II. I was blown away. Easily one of the best sounding preamps I've ever heard.

I know a Kasha Rock Mod II has already been listed--I've got a Kasha Rock Mod I that sounds pretty sweet if you were interested...(also a Boogie quad, but may not be exotic enough...)

I really liked the one good clean stereo chorus sound I could get out of mine.

Too bad my '66 JTM45/100s are long gone.

I'd definitely would have loaned one for science.

I've got >40 vintage amps, I'm a bit obcessive/compulsive on that front................including the earliest Vox AC15, metal and block logo Marshall heads (and some early 4X12 and 2X12 cabs), tremolo heads, Series One BB's, a Trainwreck (Liverpool) and a Dumble ODS head. Lot's of Marshall pinstripe era combo's inparticular (four 18 watters) etc....

I'd be more than happy to provide access if there's anybody who can do what Cliff needs to create patches.........but it'll need to be in London, way to hard to ship to the US and they're NFS.
