Bug? MFC dont start

Hi, yesterday i connected my mfc mk3 to axe fx 2 mk1 with ethernet cable and my mfc didnt start. No lights, no signal, nothing. I tried connect with two cables, one of them was new. Have you anyone any tip how to solve that?

Have you tried to use the adapter to fire up the MFC just to see if it power's up?

Also DO NOT plug the power adapter into the MFC while there is a Ethernet cable plugged in.

Okay. I tried a few second ago connect mfc with adapter and its okay, mfc is working normally. With 2 midi cables i can control all my scenes and effects.
Now, why it isn't working with ethernet cable?

Probably the ethernet port in your Axe-Fx is dammaged.
Contact support.

If it is not possible for you to get it fixed, just use the PSU and midi.

Maybe it's just a typo but you only need one midi cable

Now i can use it with 1 midi cable and with adapter. I wrote an email to tech support in g66.eu, its dealer for europe and i hope, they can fix it. What do you think? Is it able to fix it in europe?
