Heard this song on Planet Rock today and thought what a great rhythm and lead sound. Can anyone do a tone match please?
Title should say 'Beautiful Dangerous' :0)

Beautiful Dangerous?
I don't know if this will help since I do not have an actual capture, but I am sure you can get close if you create a present with both the AFD 100 and a JCM 800 i have not downloaded 9.0 yet, but the silver jubilee model might be good to use with the AFD b/c they are similar but different (how's that for technical). I also believe that live he uses cabs both v30 and 75s I have been working to get s good slash tone, but not satisfied yet. Hope this helps, if not good luck. If you find one post it, I will do the same when I get close.
I love that lead tune in the chorus and the fade out
Is there an isolated track somewhere? If not, then the hunt for an appropriate IR will probably be the most time consuming aspect to your mission.
what channel of the AFD does Fractal model? the amp does the "original" AFD slash tone on one channel, and slash's Use your illusion tone on another channel.
However, slash used a Silver Jubilee in the use your illusion era anyway.
I think he uses both a silver jub and 800 together live these days.
The following is from snakepit.org (a bit dated). It discusses slash's settings using his signature marshall amp. However the signature amp is basically the same as a 100W silver Jubilee 2555:
The SLASH amp was only manufactured in 1996, so it is not always easy to locate.
For live appearances, the JCM SLASH Marshalls are used for a dirty sound. For the dirty tone, the SLASH
recommended settings are: Presence: 7, Bass: 7, Mid: 4.5, Treble: 7, Output
Master: 6, Lead Master: 10, Input Gain: 6.5. The JCM SLASH Marshalls are used
for a clean sound, too, when modified with KT88 output tubes. The SLASH Marshall
should be tuned this way for the clean tone (SLASH recommendations): Presence:
0, Bass: 9, Mid: 3, Treble: 5 1/2, Output Master: 10, Lead Master: 0, Input
Gain: 4. The 2555 Silver Jubilee at 50 watts is used for the Heil Talk box.
Hope this helps.
